Michael (“Mike”) Yablonowitz is not your conventional entrepreneur. Despite being labeled "unemployable" by his parents, Mike’s insatiable curiosity for technology and an innate ability to harness his ADHD strategically elevated snapscale from a self-funded start-up to an emerging leader in HIPAA-compliant outsourcing with offices in India, US and the Philippines. As a devoted husband to his wife Alison, a highly accomplished CPA and partner, specializing in financial strategy and compliance and father to his two remarkable boys Jack and Nate and his Cavapoo Barkley, Mike’s life in the suburbs of Scotch Plains, NJ, is a blend of love, laughter, and ambition.
Commencing his entrepreneurial journey, Mike built a B2B internet services company from the ground up during the late ‘90s. In 1999, he launched uplinkearth, a web hosting company catering to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Leveraging outsourcing as a core strategy, Mike was able to compete effectively with larger hosting companies culminating in its sale in 2008 to Hostopia. Following the sale, Mike recognized the potential to bring his successful outsourcing approach to the broader SMB market. Passionate about developing services and solutions to help businesses thrive, he founded BBC Global Services in 2017, pioneering a people-first approach to outsourcing tailored specifically for SMBs. After eight years of growth and development, which includes offices in three countries dedicated to serving over 100 SMB clients, BBC Global rebranded to snapscale in January 2025, reflecting its mission to empower and position businesses to scale effortlessly.
As a martini enthusiast who relishes NY Knicks games, live music, and an occasional trip to the gym, Mike balances his leadership of snapscale with prioritizing his time for family and friends.
