The Heart of Snapscale on Full Display
If you’ve ever wondered what it means to belong at Snapscale, this Town Hall said it all.
Across three countries and dozens of time zones, teammates gathered for what Mike Yablonowitz, Snapscale’s CEO, called “the best Town Hall we’ve ever had.”
It wasn’t just a quarterly update. It was a celebration of our people, our culture, and the spirit that makes this place more than just a company.
Starting with energy and gratitude, the day opened with laughter and applause as the pre-show videos rolled. This past summer Snapscale hosted a Summer Sports Fest.
First, we met Jim from Team Water, who shared, “It was amazing and fun, I hope there’s more activities like this so we can show our skills and collaborate with other teams.”
Rosie from Team Air, still glowing from her first company sports fest, said, “I already feel so welcome, like part of the family.”
And Kent from Team Fire summed it up perfectly: “Everyone came together to compete and just have fun. Definitely looking forward to the next one.”
These moments were reminders that what connects us isn’t the work itself, but the people doing it. As the cameras switched over to the live session, David kicked things off with a smile:
“Let’s start today with a beautiful mindset.”
Then came the moment everyone was waiting for: Mike joined, right on cue.
“Good morning!” Mike greeted, smiling at the screen. “I’m always on time, just in the nick of time,” he joked, earning a wave of laughing emojis across the chat. Then, he got serious, but in that calm, personal way only he can.
“It’s one time in a quarter that we all come together and remember that, as we’re growing and morphing and things are crazy, we can take a step back and say, I’m part of something real.”
He paused, letting that sink in.
“This company is trying to be something different,” he continued. “Even though we’re working really hard to keep up with the growth, we never want to lose what makes us who we are.”
Mike acknowledged that it’s not easy, being an international company means distance, time zones, and constant motion. But that, he said, is exactly why Town Halls matter.
“It’s my mission, and all of our mission, to bring that culture with us as we grow. Many companies don’t do this, but it’s what makes us one team.”
That statement set the tone for the entire session.
The first celebration of the day went to our newest team members. As the video rolled, screens filled with smiles, new names, and proud waves from around the world.
“Welcome to Snapscale,” Dave Justus, Snapscales CCO, said. “We’re glad to have you be a part of our family, our team.”
But the moment quickly turned from new beginnings to long-term dedication.
As a new list appeared on screen, he grinned.
“Just so you don’t think we only have new people,” he teased, “let’s take a look at the people who’ve been with us for five years or more.”
Then came the roll call of names like Kimberly, Christian, Melissa, Vera, Alex, and Wilmerly — each name followed by a virtual wave of hearts and clapping emojis. There were many more names.
“Congratulations,” Mike said. “Every single Town Hall, this list keeps getting longer. That’s what it means to build something lasting.”
He also paused to honor Amy, who was moving on after years of service.
“Amy was instrumental in getting our team started in India,” Mike shared warmly. “We couldn’t have done it without her.”
David added, “She’s been with us since the beginning, it’s not an in memoriam; she’s still around, but we’ll definitely miss her.”
That mix of humor and heart summed up the culture perfectly; sincere, but never too formal to laugh together.
Then came the moment everyone looks forward to — Cause for Applause.
“This is your recognition of coworkers and teammates who are making a difference,” Mike said. “These come from you — and that’s what makes them matter.”
As the names scrolled, the chat exploded with emojis and shoutouts. There was cheering for the Operations team who handled client transitions seamlessly, applause for the HR and IT teams in the Philippines who kept things running through the recent power outages, and heartfelt thanks to team members who had gone above and beyond in small, unseen ways.
Dave chuckled at one point, noticing patterns in the submissions:
“I see a lot of AI-style writing in these,” he joked. “But they’re sincere and that’s what counts.”
Every recognition came from the heart, a thank-you, a story, a moment of appreciation that made you proud to be part of the same team.
Throughout the event, we heard stories that showcased the human side of Snapscale’s global culture. This event started and kicked off with these storeis.
In India, Showforni from Kolkata shared a vivid story about celebrating Durga Puja, describing it as “the victory of good over evil — glorifying the power of women in our society.” Her message reminded everyone that culture isn’t confined to a country; it’s shared through people.
Another teammate from Kashmir painted a picture so rich it almost felt like a movie:
“Imagine a place where emerald meadows stretch to meet the sky, embraced by forests of towering pines.”
And then there was Hideaki from the Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines, whose K-Pop story had everyone smiling. He talked about collecting albums as a way to celebrate milestones, a reminder that passion, in or out of work, is what fuels creativity.
As Mike put it, “These stories show how much life exists behind every screen name.”
After the applause faded, Mike returned with a forward-looking message, one rooted in gratitude and honesty. He reflected on the company’s rapid growth and the challenges that come with scale.
“It’s very difficult as you get larger,” he said. “But that’s why transparency matters more than ever.”
He spoke about new initiatives being rolled out across teams — improving systems, communication, and performance visibility, all designed to keep people connected to the mission.
“If there’s something you want to know, ask. If there’s something we can do better, tell us. Transparency builds trust, and trust builds teams that last.”
That line drew an outpouring of clapping emojis in the chat, not because it sounded corporate, but because everyone knew he meant it.
As the Town Hall neared its close, Mike shared one final thought that captured the spirit of the day.
“Our culture isn’t something we protect, it’s something we project. The more we share it, the stronger it gets.”
He encouraged everyone to keep the energy going, not just in the chat or on camera, but in how we show up for each other daily.
“This is what makes us different. You can feel the love and support in this company, it’s real. Let’s keep it that way.”
David added a heartfelt thank-you to every department, from the front lines to leadership. “Every single one of you plays a part in this story,” he said. “This isn’t just Mike’s company, or my company — it’s ours.”
If this Town Hall showed anything, it’s that connection isn’t limited by geography. Whether someone’s in New Jersey, Davao, or West Bengal, the heartbeat of Snapscale is the same: teamwork, laughter, recognition, and relentless forward motion.
As one team member wrote afterward, “It wasn’t just a meeting, it was a reminder of why I’m excited to work here.”
So to everyone who couldn’t attend: You were missed, but you were represented, in every story, every cheer, and every smile on screen. Here’s to carrying that same spirit forward, every day until the next one.
Because at Snapscale, we don’t just grow with healthcare practices, we grow together
