Meet the person whose job is you
Last week I asked you to take a look at what your practice needs from us. This week I want you to meet the person who’ll make sure you get it.
Denise Muncie has joined Snapscale as our VP of Account Management and Client Success. Denise spent more than twenty years in client management in the revenue cycle world. She knows what a practice’s day looks like, and she knows the difference between help that shows up and help that makes a difference.
Her job is simple to describe: you. From the day your team member finishes training, and for as long as you’re with us, Denise owns your experience. She’ll make sure things run the way they should, fix what doesn’t, and sit down with you regularly to look at what’s working and where we can do more.
